Synopsis:

Lucio is a Sicilian man whose job is to prepare bread with spleen (local street food). He undergoes a Toxic Avenger-style genetic mutation after being buried by a load of rubbish. He becomes Milzaman, a bizarre superhero, and his super-power consists in hitting the enemies with slices of spleen generated from his wrists. The movie is a mixture of genres: mafia, superheroes and 70's Italian b-movies.
