Synopsis:

The Anarchy Sisters, Panty and Stocking, are two nasty angels who got booted from the pearly gates for being foul-mouthed bitches! Now they spend their days blowing up ghosts in the lecherous abyss between Heaven and Earth. Panty likes sex, Stocking likes sweets, their afro-sporting main man Garter Belt has a fetish we cannot mention. Together, they are keeping the streets free of bodily fluids. Ghosts do not have a prayer against their panty pistols and stocking swords, and if this debaucherous duo can collect enough Heaven Coins, they just might get their halos back. They have got a slim chance in hell, but rolling commando is the best way to get lucky especially with panty and Stocking!

Daten City is plagued by numerous Ghosts that feed upon its residents, but coming to the rescue are the angel sisters Panty and Stocking! Aided by the priest Garterbelt and their pet Chuck Zipper, these sisters from Heaven are assigned the duty of exorcising these specters. However, all they really want to do is have fun and slack off: Panty's goal is to bed one thousand men, and Stocking is only interested in sweets and desserts. To make matters worse, they were not sent from Heaven but rather thrown out, and the only way they can get back into Heaven is to defeat and destroy these Ghosts. And so this dirty pair is off to bust ghosts, and have a lot of fun on the side.
