Synopsis:
It's a known fact that achieving a Zen frame of mind is very hard with the tense times we're living in. More so even, if we found ourselves in Lisa's situation. A successful worker, she spends her nights at a Tibetan guru's club, that gives free rein to all sorts of promiscuous relationships. Things take a final turn for Lisa when her lovers start to drop like flies, killed in bizarre ways. The problem is that Lisa can't go to the police, because it would affect her job; and so, like a heroine, she decides to solve it on her own.

Tulpa is a 2012 Italian giallo-horror film directed by Federico Zampaglione. It premiered at the 2012 London FrightFest Film Festival. It was referred as "more than a tribute to the masters of the genre of the Seventies", "an attempt to resurrect an imaginary, a disenchanted and passionate way of making films". Film critic Natalino Bruzzone wrote: "Tulpa has defects and failures, but its constant, uncertain balance between suspense, frightening visual style, grotesque and liberating sense of the absurd make it interesting".

Lisa Boeri is a successful businesswoman obsessed with her career - on day. But on night, she is visiting private nightclub Tulpa, club where your sickest, most erotic fantasies come true.
