Synopsis:

Back in the hot seat with their newest collection of wild antics, rowdy tantrums and custom creations, Paul Senior, Junior and Mikey are locked and loaded in 6 new episodes from Season 5 of the hit series American Chopper. OCC are back to pay tribute to the troops with a custom bike for the Army National Guard, while Mikey finally takes charge by heading up a Wolverine bike project for the University of Michigan. The cast from hit TV series My Name Is Earl drops in, causing chaos and commissioning another chopper, but as the shop prepares to celebrate like Hollywood stars, Pohl's inexperience on a new bike for outdoor lifestyle company Gander Mountain forces everyone to take a hike, as Senior's patience is tested to the extreme.

Documentary series about the goings-on behind the scenes at Orange County Choppers, a custom motorcycle fabrication company located in Montgomery, New York. The series is also a study of the interplay between the Teutels, Paul Sr. and Jr., and the stress that both experience when creating motorcycles as works of art.
