Synopsis:
With his partner fallen in the line of duty, hard-as-nails Soviet police officer Captain Ivan Danko is dispatched to Chicago, Illinois. And like a fish out of water, Danko arrives in the United States to find and extradite the ruthless Georgian drug kingpin Viktor Rostavili to Russia. But as Danko teams up with easy-going Sergeant Art Ridzik, two worlds collide. Now, the challenging case becomes deadly by the minute, threatening not only the reluctant comrades' uneasy alliance but also the outcome of the investigation. As bullets fly and people die left and right, can Moscow's toughest and Chicago's finest put their differences aside in the name of justice?
