Synopsis:

Murders in Seoul, Korea and in America pair two cops (Michael Biehn, Joong Hung-Park) from each of the countries together to solve the crimes. The investigation leads to a gang war between tha Mafia and the Yakuza, but one that may not be of either of their making. A shadowy assassin (Byron Mann) is killing the leaders and an Italian assassin (Don Stark) may have his own agenda.

An American cop finds himself in a team with a young Korean policeman and is assigned to handle Yakuza and the Mafia. Tony accidentally blows his cover in a mob investigation and his enemy escapes. He is then transferred to the homicide department and is given a new partner, Kim. Their difference raise issues until a war between the Mafia and a Japanese group forces them to work together.
