A moving film about Bl. Karolina Kózkówna. World War I is ongoing. Tsarist units dominate the vicinity of Tarnów. 16-year-old Karolina Kózkówna is martyred in defense of her faith. Her father blames himself for the death of his beloved daughter. The story of the characters is completed by Teresa, who carries in her heart the mystery of the rape committed by Sorokin's Cossack ... The film carries a message about the meaning of suffering, the victory of love over hate, and the news that faith in Jesus Christ can constantly change the lives of each of us. Blessed Carolina remains a noble role model in the face of the persecution of Catholics around the world. This simple country girl kept her girlish dignity and kept her faith in Jesus Christ. It is a signpost for the world in which God tries to obliterate himself in the human heart and strip the man of his dignity.
