Synopsis:

Orson Welles reconocía pasar el 95% del tiempo intentando conseguir dinero para una película y solo el 5% haciéndola. Con este punto de partida, el director James Toback y el actor Alec Baldwin muestran, durante el Festival de Cannes de 2012, las dificultades económicas de sacar adelante un proyecto cinematográfico, filmando su propia experiencia tratando de conseguir la financiación necesaria. Una búsqueda que les sirve para reflexionar sobre el cine, su industria, el 'glamour', e incluso sobre la vida y la muerte.
