Synopsis:

Lisa, Laura, Steffi, and Fabienne have just turned eighteen. But something distinguishes them from other teenagers: they are mothers. At the age of fourteen the girls chose motherhood over having an abortion. How has this decision changed their lives? That's what director Cornelia Grünberg, who has been following her protagonists for the past four years, sets out to discover in the second part of her long-term documentary project '14 | 18 | 28'. With impressive courage and sincerity the young women tell about existential worries such as breaking up with their children's father, custody battles or the growing difficulty to cope with life itself - but most of all about finding their ways.
