Synopsis:

A young country boy, familiar neither with city life nor with real criminal activities, has to serve jail time amongst long time serving delinquents after a drunken threat against a girl. Now he falls victim to the machinery of everyday prison life, the meatgrinder. Again and again the film shows what´s going on inside the prisoners´ heads: sexual fantasies, dreams of childhood, longing for love and tenderness, dreams of power and violence. It´s like the world outside diesn´t exist for them, as they don´t exist for the world outside. Filmed inside a real prison, the director´s dayjob is psychiatrist, he´s regularly working with prison inmates.

Three young men, sentenced to prison for a variety of minor misdemeanors, are quickly absorbed into the prison's merciless subculture.

Drama follows three young men, convicted of minor crimes, as they enter the meat grinder of prison life.
