DaaVeeDee wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 30 days of your purchase that you do not want the product you purchased, you may return it for a refund of the product's price or exchange as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return the product that you received from us, please contact us to obtain return instructions by using the "Contact Us" link in the "Information" section of our website.
If you received a defective DVD, please contact us by using the "Contact Us" link in the "Information" section of our website. Please explain the nature of the defect and we will respond with instructions on how to resolve the issue.

All our DVDs that are available for purchase are in stock and are available for immediate delivery. We ship all our DVDs within 48 hours after the payment had been received and cleared, and in most cases we ship within 24 hours.
For US orders, all single DVDs are mailed via First Class Mail. Larger orders are sent either via FirstClass Mail, Media Mail or US Priority Mail, based on the weight and distance. USPS tracking information is sent in a shipping email confirmation at the time the order is shipped. The esimated delivery times vary, but the average delivery time within continental USA is 5-10 business days.
For international orders, we use USPS AirMail for all single DVD purchases. Larger international orders are sent either via USPS AirMail or via USPS Global Priority Mail. The average shipping time is about 10-15 business days, but please allow up to 4 weeks. USPS handles the packages throughout the world by bringing them up to the Post Office in your country for delivery to you.
Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country. We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be. Customs polices vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
A street address is required for all international shipments.

We sell a wide range of imported DVDs. We have the largest selection of foreign, independent, arthouse, classic and cult import DVDs and Blu-Rays in the USA. The majority of our DVDs are PAL Region 2, PAL Region 4 or NTSC Region 4 releases, and most of our Blu-Rays are Zone B and Zone A/B/C releases, all of them imported from Western Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Argentina. Ours is the outlet store - the items shipped to you may not be brand new, and most likely will have small imperfections, such as unsealed box, cracked corner of the amaray case, various non-removable stickers/labels from our suppliers, scratched case, etc..
