Synopsis:

After enjoying the last disc of Diego El Cigala, the fans of the music have now the opportunity to see it on DVD. 'Cigala & Tango. Gran Rex' e gathers the concert that Diego offered in Buenos Aires and in the one that recorded his last work. A party in wich the Flamenco and the tango were together. Cigala is the new king of that millennial and nomadic race and at the same time, he is like a character who would have come down with a knotted sheet from a Kusturica film to lie down with us and brighten up the day with his humor and grace . Diego came as a gypsy caravan to Argentina, to live in a house with his family and his musicians, to rehearse and give shape to the giant epic of singing in the Gran Rex theater -the world example of tango- a handful of songs that the Thrush from Lavapies was already picked up in the suitcase.
