Most people in Norway will agree that Rolv Wesenlund is one of the country's best comedians of all time. It is therefore a great shame that so many of his fans totally ignored "Norske byggeklosser". Even though the film is a bit simple at times, the best scenes in the movie really make up for this. Wesenlund is stunning in a number of different roles (a carpenter, an electrician, an annoying neighbour and so on) and together with Bjorn Sand (as the poor guy building a new house for his family) he makes most of the scenes hilarious.
