It won the 1998 Logie Award for Most Outstanding Mini-Series and Tony Martin received the Most Outstanding Actor award for his stark portrayal of disillusioned ex-cop Bill McCoy searching for his missing teenage son.By the end of 1999 a total of sixty episodes had been filmed in this landmark Australian series, and a whos who of this countrys acting elite had brought its many dark and troubled characters to life.It was a very tough ask, to deliver that much drama, with that level of action, in that time and on that budget.
