Synopsis:

Federico and Riccardo have been friends ever since childhood. Federico is a playboy of the Tableland, while Riccardo is an aspiring fashion designer in Milan, however employed in a work of an entirely different nature. When the two friends become aware of the possibility of getting a grant from the Puglia region for entrepreneurial activities, plans are put into play.
