The film was in its day, light years ahead of what was being made in other parts of the world. Brilliant special effects and an atmosphere which actually makes you believe this is footage of another planet. The film so impressed American film maker Roger Corman that he purchased the rights to the film and produced Voyage To The Prehistoric Planet (1965) and Voyage To The Planet Of Prehistoric Women (1968). The latter film being directed by a very young Peter Bogdanovich. The original film is a much more intense movie experience than its spin-offs and is a must see for all sci-fi fans. 8 Page Booklet Included.
