Right now, it is THE must-visit destination for food lovers. Presenter, Adam Liaw believes that Scandinavian food is the Western equivalent of what Japanese food is to Asia delicate, refined and artistic. Destination Flavour Scandinavia explores the traditional foods of the region as well examining its journey to become what is the most dominant creative influence in food today. Across 6 episodes viewers will be treated to the spectacular landscapes and culinary delights of Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Adam meets a parade of famous chefs, cooks and providores and cooks classic Scandinavian dishes, learn traditional cooking methods but also providing his own spin on the central themes found throughout Scandinavian food.
