Founded in 1966 by director Arnold Burovs in Riga, Studio AB (Animacijas Brigade) has largely contributed to Latvia's excellent reputation in animated puppet cinema; Always faithful to the traditional technique of image by image, the team animates its articulated dolls in hand-made decorations.
