Ferran Adrià will lead us with his usual charm and wise humility towards the essence of the most refined culinary creativity, from his private laboratory of flavours, the emblematic restaurant 'El Bulli'. Through an exclusive interview with him and his international team of chefs, the wonders of his creations will be revealed, the secrets that the artist hides and the creative obstacles he faces. Arbelaitz, Arzak, Berasategi and Subijana are the four Guipuzcoans, belonging to various generations. Each chef will tell us about his life: when he started cooking, how he founded the restaurant, we will learn about the preparation of the dishes and the masterful use of raw materials, we will see how a day in the life of these virtuosos passes in their workplace. The four Basque chefs have a common denominator: they maintain the bases of traditional cuisine, but introduce new and more modern techniques. They are the
