Synopsis:

Taavi is a wealthy and artistic young man who goes nowhere without his camcorder. On his 18th birthday, he inherits his deceased parents' mansion, and immediately throws a wild party. Of course, he tapes the entire drunken spree. The next morning, Taavi shows the film to his best friends. They are inspired to form a club, with one simple agenda: At each meeting, members must bring a videotape of his latest sexual adventure. The tape can be shot openly or covertly, with a partner or a stranger. What starts as a simple game quickly degenerates into dangerous compulsions, as their girlfriends' refuse to be taped, and the boys turn to prostitutes and swingers to find new material. Soon, fun and games turn to the darker currents of coercion and abuse, and the young men are forced to confront their own mortality in the viewfinder.

Taavi, who never goes anywhere without his video camera, and his young and wealthy friends find themselves on the cusp of adulthood. After throwing a wild party at the mansion left to him by his deceased parents, Taavi shoots video of the party-goers in their various states of undress and drunken sexual congress. What begins as a prank spurs Taavi and his friends Jere, Sami, and Markus to form a club, the only requirement for admission being that each young man must bring a tape of his latest sexual conquest to every club meeting. This game quickly degenerates into dangerous compulsion as relationships implode and the boys forsake their girlfriends in favor of prostitutes and 'swingers'. As currents of coercion and abuse enter the picture, each young man must ultimately confront his own morality in the viewfinder.

Young Gods, is a 2003 film from Finland. The film centers around a group of Finnish teenagers who begin to make videos of themselves and others having sex. Their adventures become more and more extreme, eventually leading to tragic consequences.
