Synopsis:

Santiago Ramón y Cajal, Spanish physician, professor of anatomy at Valencia and Madrid, was the lead researcher in the field of histology and was rewarded for his findings, Moscow Prize in 1900 and the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 1903. This series represents in all of the details the historical context as well as the social and personal climate of this Spanish scientist.
