Synopsis:
Comedy. A homeless man finds a police uniform and goes to a police station to hand it back only to be turned down. Hungry, he puts on the uniform and gets a free meal in the canteen. Aware of his new power, he sets out to impress the woman he secretly loves. The delirious misadventures of a homeless man who champions the powerless after finding and wearing a policeman's uniform.
