Synopsis:
John Helliker directed this Canadian comedy. Toronto hustler Cheryl (Megan Follows), artist wannabe from a small town, is in a car with boyfriend Jason (James Gallanders) when they literally bump into drunken Donald (Jaimz Woolvett). Minus Jason, she takes Donald back to his seedy apartment to see if he's okay and stays over. When dawn arrives, a relationship begins -- as Donald proclaims her the angel who has rescued him. Shown at the 1997 Vancouver Film Festival.

Comedy set in Toronto. While driving, Cheryl's boyfriend, Jason, accidently knocks over Donald who is drunk. Cheryl takes him back to his flat and ends up staying the night. When Donald wakes up he believes he has been rescued by an angel. He couldn't be more wrong. Flier tagline: Sometimes angels aren't really angels.

Toronto hustler Cheryl and her boyfriend, Jason, run over nerdy Donald who is, as usual, drunk. Without Jason's help, Cheryl drags the drunken Donald back to his crummy apartment to make sure he's okay. When Donald awakes, he believes he has been saved by an angel. Although not a "real" angel, Cheryl decides to make a test case out of Donald in order to help him find his true potential.
