Synopsis:
A fresh British comedy, One Man And His Dog combines tongue-in-cheek humour with authentic characters, a pumping soundtrack and a south London background for a murky slice of real urban life.

Although Wayne still lives with his Mum and he and his mates still have the usual problems with girls, money and family, he is regarded as 'the man' about town. To stay sharp Wayne convinces his mates to take on a job from a gangster just released from prison. They then find out that they will actually be working for Tony 'The Butcher' Barton and he always gets what he wants. Tony has everything except the one thing he wants: the multi-champion Greyhound owned by his main rival Norris Bossett. The fact that Bossett is one of the most blood-thirsty maniacs in town will not dissuade Tony from sending the lads to steal the dog!
