Synopsis:

When Gillingham FC draws giants Newcastle United in the FA Cup Quarter Finals, ten loyal Gills fans cant resist the opportunity to travel the 306 miles from Kent to the famous of St. James Park. While queuing to buy tickets, they meet wheelchair-bound Terry (Matt Daniel-Baker), who reveals he can provide them with free fuel and minibus hire for the weekend on the condition that they take him with them. Unable to turn down an offer this good, the gang agrees to have him along - only to discover there is more to their new companion than meets the eye. But Terry proves to be just one of the many hindrances the group must overcome on their epic journey north. A group of misfit Gillingham FC fans embark on a very British road trip in Steve Kelly's football comedy THE SHOUTING MEN. Making use of their new disabled 'friend' Terry's mobility bus, the diehard fans head to Wembley to watch their beloved team face Newcastle United in the quarter finals of the FA Cup. Along the way they learn more about the volatile Terry, do battle with SatNavs and discover why roadtrips and dodgy bowels don't mix.
