Synopsis:

This dark Balkan comedy follows the consequences of a lie gone awry. When drunken Lieutenant Safet Pasic lies to his soldiers about an imminent Albanian attack in an attempt to avoid going home and explaining to his wife that he has syphilis, a state of emergency is declared. Events spiral out of control as the army prepares for a war that isn't coming.

A border post on the Macedonian-Albanian border is thrown into disarray when it s commander discovers he has syphilis, creating chaos in his bid to avoid his wife and admitting his infidelity.
