Synopsis:

Grandpa Giorgi never tires of telling his two little grandchildren tales of their superhero dad, a giant of a man who's on an important secret-agent mission. The truth is too dispiriting: their dad, Dato, is a simple meteorologist who's spent the last couple of years innocently languishing in jail... When Dato is released, he returns home to find that his wife has fallen for a circus strongman, and his children refuse to believe that he's their dad. Dato is shattered and begins to despair of ever finding happiness again. But then Lia, a cheerful young pilot, swoops down into his life like an angel. Though she wouldn't mind becoming Dato's new wife, she nevertheless helps Dato see what is really important to him: his wife and children. Then, one day, the sorrowful meteorologist discovers that he can do more than just observe nature: he can turn summer into winter and create fanciful double rainbows! He has the power to control the forces of nature! Maybe he can use his gift to win back his family?

The Salzlipp twins grow up without their father. The boy and the girl are convinced he is an important superhero secret agent. But when he eventually comes home, it turns out that he is but a puny, insignificant meteorologist who had been innocently languishing in jail. The children refuse to accept that this is their father. And sexy Mrs. Salzlipp has fallen in love with another man. But Salzlipp fights back. He discovers that he can influence and indeed manipulate the weather. He can turn summertime into deep frost. Magic! As with Dostoyevski's Idiot there's more to Salzlipp than meets the eye. Maybe he can use his gift to win back his family? An imaginative tale about love and respect in a romantic seaside setting.

Drama. Meteorologist Dato has been wrongly in prison for several years, during which time his children have formed an image of him as a superhero secret agent through the tales told to them by Grandpa Giorgi to explain his absence. When he is released, he finds that his children refuse to believe he is their father and his wife has fallen for a circus strongman. Things start to change for him when he encounters a young female pilot called Lia, and discovers he has the ability to change the weather.
