Synopsis:

Ursula Andress has been voted the top bond girl of all time, and her walking out of the Caribean sea in Dr No with that bikini is one of Cinema's defining iconic moments. Well, if you've ever wondered what she'd look without, then reach for The Nurse! Literally: Andress is undressed for most part of this puns-filled romp-com. Jack Palance plays a mean off-beat American tycoon looking to buy a vineyard in the beautiful Venetto hills... The old Italian owner doesn't want to sell, his greedy madcap family does.. the old man is a randy lecher who is convalescing from his last bonk-induced heart-attack. Family hires Nurse Ursula Andress to .. ahem .. undress and give the old man another - and they hope, this time fatal - cardiac arrest.. so they can sell the Pinot Grigio Estate and get rich! All barmy fizzy fun, and the clincher: this is the only non-Bond franchise with a second Bond girl: Luciana Paluzzi, the one in skin-tight black leathers on the motorbike in Thunderball... here without leathers. Or anything..

Recovering from a heart attack, the wealthy Count Leonida (Mario Pisu) is laid up in the hospital, with no one to entertain him but a beautiful nurse (Bond girl Ursula Andress). But what he doesn't know is that the nurse was planted there by his scheming heir, who's counting on the old man's lust to spark a fatal cardiac arrest.

As an aging widower begins suffering from heart trouble, his greedy heirs hope to speed him on his way by hiring a super-seductive nurse to get his pulse racing. Their plan backfires, though, as the young beauty begins to fall in love with the old man.
