Synopsis:

Detective Carly Segan (Tracey Gold) has come a long way since growing up at Safe Harbor, a foster home for abused children, and this top cop finally thinks she's left her past behind her - until she's assigned to track down a serial killer whose victims all seem to have one thing in common: They were once residents of Safe Harbor. Now Carly will be forced to deal with her inner demons in order to find the brutal murderer before he strikes again.

Detective Carly Segan, (Tracy Gold), is investigating the Satanic murders of young women who all seem to have one thing in common... their time at a place called 'Safe Harbor'. Little does Joe Avery, her partner know, that she too has her own history with 'Safe Harbor'.
