Synopsis:
You're organising one of the most significant events in the world. You've got £9bn to spend and plenty of time before the deadline. What can possibly go wrong? Twenty Twelve follows the Games Deliverance Team as they do their level best to get to the end of the day, the end of the week - and, ideally - the end of the Olympics without all the wheels coming off at once. In this fly on the wall spoof comedy series our heroes have to negotiate Olympian sized hurdles such as getting a busload of non-English speaking Brazilians from A to B, who to appoint to run the Cultural Olympiad and what to do when the much-vaunted wind turbines won't turn because there's no wind. And that's before contending with the fatal flaw in the design of the Countdown Clock.

Original Air Date-14 March 2011
Will website designer Barney Lumsden learn to spell in time for the website re-launch on 1000 day and the unveiling of the countdown clock?

The discovery of ancient Roman remains near the Aquatics Centre forces design modifications of the building.
Season 1, Episode 4: Episode #1.4
Original Air Date-4 April 2011
Siobhan launches her Raising the Bar campaign to interest school children in the games through lectures by former silver medallist Dave Wellbeck. Sadly Dave is a truly hopeless public speaker and Siobhan sends him to gain inspiration from ex-actor Jason Topper. He does not improve though and ends up giving lectures in retirement homes instead. Kay stands firm against opposition to her retaining a wind turbine on site.
Season 1, Episode 5: Episode #1.5
Original Air Date-11 April 2011
Ian and his team interview candidates for the post of curator of the cultural Olympiad. They make their choice out of the three pseuds short-listed but,due to political correctness, they are told to alter their decision, not once but twice. They are also required to run in the London Marathon.which leaves Siobhan on crutches,Kay with chafed nipples and Ian with a fit of flatulence though - as his marriage crumbles - he does get to go on a date with Sally.
Season 1, Episode 6: Episode #1.6
Original Air Date-18 April 2011
Tony Ward,an eccentric,foul-mouthed film director, launches a one man protest against the equestrian events being held in Greenwich Park by dumping horse manure,at first outside Ian's office and then outside his house, which does little for his fractured relationship with his wife. Nor does Sally buying him new clothes after his wife has locked him out help. Kay does her bit for ecology by trying to save the stag beetle but Ian ends up in a live radio broadcast with Ward, which is ended before any points can be made. The equestrian events are approved but Ian ends up living with his sister.

The team responsible for organizing the 2012 Olympics in London face many challenges.
