Synopsis:

A divorced Canadian television journalist and her friend head for Switzerland in search of the perfect guy (who must possess the charms of the title sculptor's 'David') in this lively romantic outing. Once there Kelly meets and falls instantly for the sexy, charming and wealthy art gallery owner Thomas. He returns with her to Toronto where they engage in a passionate affair. Unfortunately, he suddenly returns to Switzerland. Broken-hearted Kelly gets revenge by taking up with writer Jonathan. Soon she is once again in a blissful romantic thrall. Then Thomas abruptly returns, making it plain that he wants to resume their affair. When faced with two good prospects such as Thomas and Jonathan, what's a girl to do?

Kelly Hildon, a divorcee Toronto television journalist with a young son, and her girlfriend, Eve, are on the lookout for suitable males. Their physical ideal is Michaelangelo's David. On an assignment in Switzerland she meets a wealthy gallery owner, Thomas. He follows her back to Canada for a passionate affair, then abrubtly returns home. Kelly retaliates by finding a new boyfriend, a writer. When Thomas unexpectedly returns, Kelly finds herself torn between the two very eligible men.

Kelly, a successful career woman and single mother, and her friend Evelyn are both in search of the ideal man. Kelly eventually finds herself torn between sophisticated art dealer Thomas and struggling writer Jonathan, while Evelyn continues her quest for a flesh and blood version of Michelangelo's 'David'. But will either woman find the happiness they are seeking?
