Diary of Joseph Goebbels
He was probably the most gifted of Hitler's executioners. Joseph Goebbels understood like no other the art of manipulating the masses and thus to gain support for Hitler's terrifying plans. His great desire for power was unprecedented. Less is known about the nature of Goebbels. This documentary gives you an idea of his brilliant but toxic mind. Extracts from his diaries from 1942 to 1945 if it were quoted by Goebbels himself, experience of his first meeting with Hitler and what he really thought about his colleagues like Goering and Himmler. Impressive and unique film footage from German television and film archives illustrate his anti-Semitic words and destructive world.

Herman Goering
Herman Goering with his flamboyant behavior, his exuberant lifestyle and his "heroism" during the First World War, was once a popular German man. As leader of the feared German "Luftwaffe" he is also one of the most responsible for the Nazi crimes. The Nuremberg Trials were recorded by multiple cameras. This yields together with newly emerged Russian film footage and other unique images a penetrating picture Goering report.

Martin Bormann
They call him the most powerful man in the Third Reich after Hitler. Martin Bormann decides what information is transmitted and who can speak to Hitler. Bormann has control over Hitler's political, military and even private matters. Hitler's Fixer shows the relationship between Hitler and the mystery man, Martin Bormann. Hitler called Bormann his "most loyal party member" and designated him as the new leader of the Nazi party. This documentary also puts an end to the rumors about Bormann's mysterious end, studies his "escape" to South Africa and investigates the accusation that he was a Soviet spy.

Red Orchestra
During the Second World War the Gestapo announced that the "THE RED ORCHESTRA" resistance consisted of Russian spies. Now with the KGB documents on the table, even the historians acknowledge that "The Red Orchestra" was the largest and most effective anti-Nazi resistance within Germany. These German resistance heroes were meant to stop the Third Reich! For the first time we listen to the amazing stories of the survivors of this underground organization.

NSDAP
Hitler's political movement the Nazi Party arises from the "Deutsche Arbeiter" in 1920s and rapidly grows to 8.5 million Party members. One in five Germans is a member! Hitler quickly put his political opponents aside and claimed sole control of Germany. Then the resulting power was abused by him for his crazy ideas and ideals.

The Hitler Jugend (Hitler Youth)
The largest German youth group ever! As of Baldur Schirach was appointed in 1933 "Jugend des Deutschen Reich Fuehrer" rapidly growing organization into a monstrous war machine of children. In 1939, membership required for children 17 years and older in 1941, even for children 10 years and older. Many of them are used for war duties. Many ended up in the notorious SS. Their faith in their Fuhrer Adolf Hitler was unbounded. This documentary shows, the development of child soldiers until the final dreaded SS.

German Panzer Waffe
From 1914 to 1945 the German war machine develops rapidly. The steel-reinforced slow car evolved over the years from 1914 to the devastating tank. At the beginning of the war, the German tank a piece of technological ingenuity and running far ahead of its competitors. The "Tiger" tank is one example. The success of the German "Blitzkrieg" played a major role in World War II, due to their huge powerful tank divisions and their tactics. The German tank divisions were superior even though they were heavily outnumbered, as Field Marshal Erwin Rommel had too often seen in Africa. Many unique images show the strength, power and destruction of the German tank.

German Luft Waffe
Already in the first world war the Germans were powerful in the air. Pilots like Manfred von Richthofen (the Red Baron), Ernst Udet and Herman Goering were great heroes in Germany. After the Treaty of Versailles at the end of World War I, the Air Force developed secretly. During World War II, Germany surprised the enemy again with a powerful advanced Air Force. This unprecedented footage shows the strength of German Luftwaffe and what it was capable of.

German Kriegs Marine
The German "Kriegsmarine" were to be erected from scratch in the twenties. It results in the presence of a supreme fleet in all oceans. The greatest war frigate the "Bismarck" and others are responsible for innumerable sunken ships. Ultimately more than 120,000 German troops did not return from the ocean. Many of them leave behind those special video recordings that are used in this fascinating documentary.
