Synopsis:
Rosie O'Donnell appears as Beth, a woman with a developmental disability, who is dependent on her father. When her father dies, her sister, played by Andie MacDowell, comes to stay with her. At first, they fight about Beth's rampant consumption of junk food, resulting in bringing her cholesterol levels up, but after six months Rachel realizes that Beth is content with her life.

Andie MacDowell and Rosie O'Donnell lead a talented cast in a sweet but not overly sentimental story about a successful photographer (MacDowell) who struggles to overcome her resentment at having to care for her mentally challenged sister (O'Donnell) in the wake of their father's sudden death.

Drama. Based on a true story, after the death of her father, Rachel, a career woman, reluctantly finds that she must now take care of her autistic sister.
