Synopsis:
A Christmas family movie about a couple who are about to adopt a young boy who has been passed aroud the foster care system. However, the wife is killed and the adoption agency decides that her husband, a jazz musician is not in a position to provide the right kind of home for the young boy.

This made-for-TV drama--Sammy Davis, Jr.'s last--stars Trent Cameron as a young orphan who must fight against social workers in order to remain with his adoptive father, a widowed jazzman
