Synopsis:

Michael Tucker is programmed into killing his parents by genetic surgeon Dr Archer Howell and is incarcerated in a psychiatric institution for the crime. Years later Michael and his friends travel to an isolated island where the Doctor now runs Trans Cranial Applications, experiments on humans, turning them into mutant killing machines. Michael must have revenge on the Doctor for the death of his parents and also stop him for the sake of mankind......

Michael Tucker is programmed by Dr Archer Howell, a genetic surgeon, into killing his parents. Tucker is put into a psychiatric institution for the crime. Years later Tucker seeks revenge, and goes to an island where Howell is performing experiments on humans.

A kid is hypnotized by a scientist to kill his parents and ends in a mental institution. As a grown up he returns to seek revenge over the scientist.
