Synopsis:

Grace Guthrie's (Loretta Young) life work is her magazine, 'Grace', but when she returns from a holiday she finds that her publication is being bought out by a porn magnate. Grace has just 30 days to raise $21 million and buy back her magazine, but all her potential investors fall through. When one investor is prepared to give Grace financial backing, there is a very unusual condition attached.

Loretta Young's final appearance features her character's efforts to stave off the hostile take over of her publishing empire. While fighting off a ruthless British business-mogul, Young's character must also deal with a mole.

The veteran editor (Loretta Young) and publisher (Brian Keith) of a fashion magazine thwart a takeover by upstart counterparts.
