Synopsis:
This documentary makes the claim that the turn-of-the-century trial of Captain Alfred Dreyfus led to a resurgence of anti-Semitism. The first trial on Dreyfus had some evidence to back the accusation, but even after it was definitively shown that the evidence was false and that another man was guilty, military tribunals continued to judge Dreyfus guilty.

This documentary juxtaposes information, assumptions and theories, excerpts from movies and reconstructed scenes, all punctuated by comments of historians and interviews with politicians. It strikes debate about the anti-Semitic remarks, revealing how the case remained a hot topic, touching on current issues.
