The Treasure of the Silver Lake (1962)

In their first cinematic adventure, Apache chief Winnetou and mountain man Old Shatterhand pursue a gang of murderous outlaws who will stop at nothing to find the legendary treasure of Silver Lake.

Winnetou and the Crossbreed (1966)

Young Apanatschi is a half-breed, her father white, her mother a Native American. On the day of her twenty-first birthday, her father shows her the hidden gold reserve that he found years ago, and intends for her to grow wealthy from. However, the secret gets out and two men try to find the mine - they kill Apanatschi's father and wound her fianceé Jeff. Apanatschi and her brother set off to find Old Shatterhand (Lex Barker) and he scares away the men who are chasing them. However, the men head into town and run into Curly-Bill and his gang who also learn of the gold, and set out to find it. Shatterhand, Winnetou and Jeff, helped by the townspeople have to save the girl, and their town, from this evil gang...

Winnetou and Old Firehand (1966)

Winnetou (Pierre Brice) and his sister are attacked by bandits lead by a man named Silers - they only escape thanks to the help of Jason Waade, known as Old Firehand. Later at the town of Miramonte, Winnetou and Old Firehand find Silers again as he tries to free his brother from the town jail. After their plan goes badly wrong, Silers and his gang attack the town with exploding wagons and Old Firehand and Winnetou have to save the day...Among Vultures (1964):
The plot involves Granger and Brice setting out to discover who murdered a frontier mother and daughter. The surviving father blames the Indians while Brice feels that it was a gang of thieves called The Vultures (they certainly don't SOUND like a very friendly band of men!) In the mix is Sommer who is en route to see her father and is wearing a belt filled with gold. The son of the murdered family (George) finds himself falling for her as he investigates the murders along with Granger and Brice. Their adventures take them across various terrain and eventually alongside a wagon train which is beset by infiltrating bandits...
The Oil Prince (1965):
This Winnetou movie contains a story with whole look at Winnetous opposite OIL PRINCE Harald Leipnitz. Heinz Erhard (piano-player) could turn it into a comedy, but he fails sometimes. Terence Hill ads the famous actor set, surrounded by the famous soundtrack. Psychological cruelty enriches the Winnetou plot and turns newer aspects in an attractive western.
Old Surehand/Flaming Frontier (1965):
Having searched 3 years for his brother's murderer, Western frontiersman Old Surehand rescues the surviving passengers of a mail train robbed by a gang of desperadoes led by the General. To divert attention from the holdup, the General's men slaughter buffalo in Comanche territory; and, when they slay the son of a chief, the Indians threaten war. Surehand tries to prevent an Indian uprising by visiting his blood brother, Winnetou, a young Apache chief. After the General kills a prospector and steals his map to a gold mine, the prospector's niece, Judith, and her lawyer fiancé, Toby, look for the mine. Captured by the Comanches, they are released when Surehand vows to find the chieftain's son's murderer. Old friend Jeremy Wabble tells Surehand that the General is responsible for his brother's death. Surehand escapes from a trap set by the General, then ambushes the General's men with soldiers from a nearby fort. The General flees to an abandoned mine shaft, but Surehand, assisted by Wabble, finds and kills him in a gunfight. Peace restored, Surehand gives Judith and Toby a wedding present--the missing map. Winnetou (1963) (Winnetou - 1. Teil / Apache Gold)

When violent conflict breaks out between greedy railroaders and a tribe of Mescalero Apaches, only two men, destined to be blood brothers, can prevent all-out war: chief's son Winnetou and German engineer Old Shatterhand.

Winnetou: The Red Gentleman (1964) (Winnetou - 2. Teil / Winnetou: Last of the Renegades)

Forester, a ruthless oil baron, wants to create a war between the native American tribes and the white men. Old Shatterhand, Winnetou and their sidekick Castlepool try to prevent this.

Winnetou: The Last Shot (1965) (Winnetou - 3. Teil / Desperado Trail)

After the Civil War, desperadoes led by a renegade named Rollins, following the settlers moving westward, try to drive a wedge in the friendship between the whites and the Indians. Apache chief Winnetou and his frontier friend, Old Shatterhand, do what they can to keep the peace. Rollins' henchmen try to keep Winnetou away from the warring Jicarillos' chief, White Buffalo, but he fights his way through, only to be confronted by Rollins carrying the chief's son, stabbed in the back with Winnetou's knife. Winnetou is accused of the killing. It is up to Old Shatterhand to save his friend.Among Vultures (1964):

Winnetou is accused of the killing. It is up to Old Shatterhand to save his friend.

Treasure of Silver Lake (1962):
Although filmed by a joint German-Yugoslav crew, this European western is set in the Southern United States and involves an oddly-named hero, Old Shatterhand (Lex Barker of Tarzan fame). O.S. has a sidekick, Winnetou, an Apache chief played by a rather understated Pierre Brice. The fuel behind the drama is a hidden map that shows where a secret treasure is buried somewhere around Silver Lake. A gang of outlaws headed by Cornel Brinkley (Herbert Lom) is intent on retrieving the map and the treasure. Just as intent on stopping them are Old Shatterhand, Winnetou, and Fred Engel (Goetz George) whose father was killed by the outlaws' leader.
Half-Breed (1966)
The movie tells the story of Apanatschi (young Uschi Glas) and her little brother Happy who need protection by Winnetou (Pierre Brice) and Old Shatterhand (Lex Barker) because they know where a gold mine is. Bandits with their leader Curly Bill want to know, too - and they stop at nothing and even killed Apanatschi's father.
Winnetou: Thunder at the Border (1966):
In this western, a brave cowboy and his loyal partner Winnetou agree to help Mexican villagers defend their home from a vicious bandito gang.
Among Vultures (1964):
An American frontiersman Old Surehand and his Apache companion Winnetou expose a criminal gang who are murdering settlers and laying the blame on the local Native American tribe.
The Oil Prince (1965):
This Winnetou movie contains a story with whole look at Winnetou's opposite OIL PRINCE Harald Leipnitz.
Old Surehand/Flaming Frontier (1965):
Having searched 3 years for his brother's murderer, Western frontiersman Old Surehand rescues the surviving passengers of a mail train robbed by a gang of desperadoes led by the General. Winnetou 1: Apache Gold (1963):
Apache Gold was a German/French/Yugoslav coproduction, originally titled Winnetou I. Teil (British title: Winnetou the Warrior). It was one of a series of European Technicolor westerns based on the 'Winnetou' stories of German author Karl May. As in most of these films, French actor Pierre Brice stars as Winnetou, here dedicated to halting the activities of gold raiders in Apache territory. Apache Gold was released on a limited basis in the US by Columbia Pictures; in some cities, the film went directly to television.

Winnetou 2: The Last Of The Renegades (1964):
In this western, an entry in the 'Winnetou' series based on Germany's Karl May's novels, follows the attempts of two con men to cheat the Apaches out of their oil rights. They are foiled by Old Shatterhand and Winnetou, his Apache partner. The film was made on location in Yugoslavia.

Winnetou 3: The Desperado Trail (1964):
American actor Lex Barker and Frenchman Pierre Brice are teamed once again in the Teutonic western Winnetou, Part III. The noble Indian Winnetou and his friend Old Shatterhand battle settlers who have been duped by an unscrupulous land grabber into a war with the Apaches. They team up against the scheming Rollins (Rik Battaglia) who initially causes the controversy.
