Synopsis:
Seventy years ago, the edicts promulgating the French social security were voted by the provisonary government of the Republic. A long-held secular dream emanating from the population - to be able to live without anxiety about the future - at last saw the light of day. Ambroise Croizat was the main builder of this most humanist of edifices. Who knows him today?
