Synopsis:

Before the detective stories that led him to worship, at the beginning of the seventies Antonio Bido was a young and promising experimental filmmaker who appeared on the scene of the sector festivals with an anti-structuralist attitude thanks to the support of the Cineclub FEDIC of Padua, his home town. The debut works, presented here for the first time in a collector's home video edition, had received unanimous acclaim at the historic Montecatini festival and magazines - including "film criticism" and "Cinema Ridotto" - which more than others dealt with that forge of authorship. With Dimensione and Alieno da, Bido was considered the name on which to aim for a return of avant-gardism to the national limelight. Magazines today, those works remain living testimonies of a talent and a vision of the expressive medium with few equals.
