Synopsis:

Contains 2 documentaries: - We walked under the pole: On March 26, 2010, 8 team members led by Ghislain Bardout were dropped off at the end of the polar night on the pack ice, 76 km from the Geographic North Pole. For 47 days, they will camp in the heart of the Arctic Ice Ocean, progressing on skis, pulling sleds and performing 51 underwater dives in extreme conditions. They will bring back unique images in the world filmed on and under the ice floe, testifying to a world in distress due to global warming. - Under the ice of Greenland: In January 2014, the team took us aboard a polar sailboat, the WHY, for 21 months of exploration through the icy landscapes of the Arctic. They achieve the feat of diving in extreme conditions and to depths never before explored, down to -100 meters. The expedition team, like the explorers of centuries past, is trying to push the last scientific and human frontiers of our planet.
