Synopsis:
Richard O'Sullivan stars as Dick Turpin in this action filled adventure series chronicling the exploits of England's most celebrated highwayman. Along with his trusted young sidekick Swiftnick, Turpin dodges the ever-present threat of capture, doing some good deeds along the way and evading the attentions of the villainous Sir John Glutton, who tracks his every move...

Created and produced by the distinguished team of Richard Carpenter (Robin of Sherwood, Smuggler), Paul Knight (The Adventures of Black Beauty, London's Burning) and Sidney Cole (The Adventures of Robin Hood), Dick Turpin was a popular series which was notable for a cast that included Donald Pleasence, Susan Hampshire, Lindsey Duncan and Diana Dors among its many stars. This set brings together all three series, originally transmitted between 1979 and 1982.
