Synopsis:

How can we protect our link with young people? This is the question the film tries to answer by addressing them directly with a voiceover. In a mosaic of fictional and animated sequences, film extracts, "smartphone" shots and a considerable amount of archives, the film restores whole sections of our history and our current events, feedback on some great political and social conquests that young people often ignore. "Letter to the child you gave us" aims to encourage them to measure the importance of the Laws, the stake of democracy, and to push them to commitment to fight abstention.
