Synopsis:

Born in 1947 in Germany, Helga Fanderl studied German, French and Italian letters before discovering cinema in the mid-1980s. Since her studies at the Frankfurt Städelschule School of Fine Arts and at the Cooper Union School of Art in New York, she developed her practice of shooting and editing in Super 8, of programming screenings of her films which are different each time, of making personal projections in situ, as well as exhibitions and installations.
