Mirror (2009)
Bodybuilding is unadulterated narcissism. The sprinter fights the clock, the weightlifter fights the barbell, but the bodybuilder has nothing but a mirror. Training schedules, strict diets, and hour upon hour in the gym are only the outward aspects of extreme discipline and an eternal struggle for the ideal physique: an ideal that most other people find absurd, but which nevertheless exerts a fascinating power, not least because most people in the western world are well aware of the search for a perfect body.

The Devilles (2009)
The love between the American burlesque stripper Teri Lee Geary (aka Kitten DeVille) and her punk rock singer husband Shawn Geary is strong but rather complicated. They live in their own time bubble, hers from the 1950's and his from the 1980's. It applies to their looks, their home and their lifestyle. Teri looks like Marilyn Monroe and Shawn looks like Joe Strummer from The Clash. All of a sudden their 25-year-long relationship and their lifestyle have a down side. But how do they move on?

Boy Meets Girl (2007)
A screenwriter is given the chance to meet a female producer. They inspire each other both artistically and romantically. Together, they dream about the individual scenes, and their game develops into a cavalcade of different film genres, where they themselves play the lead roles. We are taken on a tour de force through everything from French New Wave to German discount porn and Ingmar Bergman to Danish specialities à la Korch and Dogme.

Comeback (2008)
Comeback« is a story about Roland, a theater director in his sixties, returning home to Copenhagen in a final attempt to reconcile with his adult son Jacob, and desperately seeking some kind of human contact. A painful story of a man who is losing his grip on the world and fails in his role as a father and a man.

Out of Love (2009)
Fusing documentary and fiction, "Out of Love" depicts the lives of children trying to survive the aftermath of war in Kosovo by selling cigarettes on the street. Through monologues performed by the children against the eerie backdrops of Pristina, the film tells their gripping and sad story of memory, loss and fear.

The Concept of Uncomplicated Life with a Man (2006)
Susanne works in a hospital kitchen. Her boyfriend, Kim, is writing his first novel. Susanne wishes she could have the life of her pregnant colleague, Ester. Then one day, Ester tells her she is leaving her boyfriend who has been cheating on her. To Kim's chagrin, Susanne invites Ester to spend the night at their place. Days turn into weeks. While Kim and Ester find they have more in common than they first thought, Susanne soon feels left out.

"Everything is Relative" is a kaleidoscopic fusion of documentary sequences, archive material and tableau's of human beings. It seeks to portray how our reactions to challenges in life are relative to the conditions that guide our individual lives.
