On a moonless winter night during the winter of 1995 beautiful Sydney model Caroline Byrne died. The retrieval of the shattered body from the citys most notorious suicide spot turns into an extraordinary murder investigation. It leads to the dark heart of a city gripped by greed and exposes a police force whose lack of imagination and resources is surpassed only by the determination of its finest officers to right an unforgivable wrong.
