Synopsis:
Belgique. En pleine bataille des Ardennes, au cours de l'hiver 1944, Lionel Evans, célèbre chef d'orchestre américain, conduit ses 70 musiciens, donnant une série de concerts pour le Théâtre aux Armées des Forces alliées. Voyageant dans un autocar à deux étages, les musiciens évacuent un théâtre de fortune menacé par les bombardements et tombent dans une embuscade allemande.
