How does a Tasmanian-born real estate agent make the overwhelming transition from Sydney normality to European royalty? In September 2000, at the height of Sydney Olympic fever, an attractive 28-year old, Mary Donaldson, is introduced to a spiky-haired 32-year-old Dane whose first words are simply "Hi, I'm Fred".
