On March 28th we celebrated 500 years of the birth of Teresa of Jesus. This documentary, divided in three chapters, gives a new vision on the figure of Teresa of Jesus, based on her own writings, an extensive bibliography and interviews with experts. It is the result of an exhaustive investigation of more than two years on the most relevant aspects of the life and work of Teresa of Jesus: her personality, her poor health, her presence in the contemporary world and her legacy. The film focuses on the three most representative works of her inner path ('The Book of Life', 'Way of Perfection' and 'Dwellings') and offers a tour of the cities and places that marked Teresa's life, to discover where she lived, her personal belongings and her presence in the art.
