The man Adolf Hitler from child to dictator of horror. Experience some never-before-seen footage from the private archives of the man who plunged the world into a tide of blood and terror, coupled with theatrical scenes. Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1889 in the insignificant Austrian border town of Braunau am Inn. As a young man he came to Munich, experienced the enthusiasm of the masses at the outbreak of the First World War and volunteered for the front. In November 1918, wounded and temporarily blinded by poison gas, he experienced the collapse of Germany. Hitler decides to become a politician and joins a small splinter party, the German Workers' Party (DAP). This is where his ascent begins, which takes him to the top of Germany and makes him the leader of world history, even if only for a few years. People from Hitler's immediate environment (his sister Paula Wolf, his adjutant from his early years Julius Schaub and his personal chauffeur Erich Kempka) have their say and provide interesting insights into Adolf Hitler's person and his private life with Eva Braun at the Berghof in Berchtesgaden.
